We provide employment services funded by Employment Ontario at NO COST to employers interested in hiring new employees

We refer client resumes to employers looking at filling current openings within their companies.

City of Windsor’s Employment & Training Services (formerly Career Development Services) keeps an active database of suitable candidates looking for full-time work that can be accessed with one phone call.

If you have already completed the interview process or have a specific candidate in mind, we would be happy to assess the potential individual for eligibility for one of the cost saving programmes available to you before they start work.

Our goal is to help employers fill current or future openings with qualified and experienced candidates

In addition to easing your selection process, City of Windsor’s Employment & Training Services (formerly Career Development Services) can pre-screen experienced individuals for programme eligibility. We do that for you FREE.  However, the employer must still do their own background check, on education, credentials, police clearance and any restrictions or limitations.

The Financial Incentive programme is set up to financially assist when hiring unemployed individuals by compensating the employer with wage incentives.
